POSTAGE UK - All orders are sent by Royal Mail Large Letter/Parcel service to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Postage cost is calculated on Order Value as follows:

Less than £5 = £1.95
£5 to £13.99 = £3.95
£14 to £19.99 = £4.95
£20 to £41.99 = £5.95
£20 to £41.99 = £6.95 Signed For Delivery
£42 to £100 = £12.95 Signed For Delivery

OVERSEAS POSTAGE - Orders can be posted to Europe, Zone 1 and Zone 2 and shipped by Royal Mail.

Shipping costs are calculated on Order Value as follows:

Upto £7   = Europe £5.65 / Zone 1 £7.95 / Zone 2 £8.40
£7.01 to £15   = Europe £8.85 / Zone 1 £13.55 / Zone 2 £14.50
£15.01 to £25 = Europe £12.50 / Zone 1 £17.50 / Zone 2 £21.50

NOTE: It is very difficult to determine the exact overseas shipping costs, but if you have overpaid in the next postage price bracket, a refund will be sent once the weight is clarified at the time of despatch.  For orders over £14* please contact me first for a shipping quote (*priced calculated at approx 100 inserts @ 14p each).

PACKAGING - All inserts are sent flat ready for folding. For small orders board backed envelopes are used. Orders above this will be sent either in a postal box, or may arrive in a variety of packaging as I reuse as much packaging, boxes, etc as possible in order to help the environment.

PAYMENT - Upon making a purchase using our online shopping system, your payment will be directed through Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay using your credit or debit card. Simply choose PayPal as your payment method and continue to checkout. Once you confirm your order you will be redirected to PayPal. Then select "Don't have a PayPal account' and enter your billing information and PayPal will process your credit or debit card payment.

REPRINTS & REFUNDS - All inserts are printed to order, therefore reprints and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed. However, if the mistake was made by us, then we will either offer to replace your order or send you a refund. In the case of a refund, we will require that the completed order be returned to us in full first.

TURNAROUND - I work Monday to Friday* and do try and send orders out within 2 working days. But as all orders are printed-to-order they may be a delay at busier times. Personalised inserts for wedding stationery may take longer at busier times and are printed and posted within 2-3 of receiving your proof confirmation. If you require your order sooner, please email prior to ordering to confirm an accurate delivery time. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please let me know via email so that I can sort out the problem.
