Our Terms of Use apply to all orders placed with cardinserts.co.uk (to include website, telephone or written). Please read through these terms before placing your order. Please also read our Privacy Notice regarding the personal information provided by you. These conditions may be changed from time to time without notice to the customer. Changes will only apply to anysubsequent orders. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in this website and its contents (including logo, text, graphics, artwork) are owned by Stacie Fiddimore (trading as Fidz Design). Any use of material contained within this website is strictly prohibited.
PRINTED INSERTS
You may purchase printed card inserts for personal use only.
You may NOT purchase card inserts for resale*
You may use for small business as long as the card insert forms part of a finished greeting card
You may NOT copy these inserts or make them available for resale
You may NOT state them as your own work
* A wholesale purchase for resale of printed card inserts is ONLY available by request made to me in advance.
DIGITAL WORDART
These images may be used for personal use or small business under these limited terms. All orders are sent by Royal Mail service to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. For delivery costs please see the Information page. Once an order has been dispatched it will be in the hands of the courier and out of our control. We will therefore not be liable for damage or delays caused by the courier. If 'Signed for Delivery' is selected during checkout, contact us if and when your order has not been received. We will track your package and if lost in transit will send a replacement. All inserts are printed to order, therefore reprints and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed. However, if the mistake was made by us, then we will either offer to replace your order or send you a refund. In the case of a refund, we will require the completed order be returned to us in full first.
NO COMMERCIAL USE is allowed aside from small business.
